Adalyn was released from the hospital at around 2:00 today. We are now home and she is resting comfortably. She is doing well and we are very glad to be home for Christmas.
It will be a slow recovery over the next few days but we feel the surgery was a success and we hope that all the issues were corrected. She will have the quick procedure in about 4 weeks to remove the stints but hopefully that will go smoothly.
Our main prayer request now is that she has a quick and painless as possible recovery. She isn't eating great yet but that is to be expected and we are hoping she gets her appetite back soon.
Thank you again for all of your prayers, meals, emails, texts and well wishes. It has been very humbling to see how many people love us and our little girl. We are so thankful and blessed to have each and everyone of you in our lives.
