Goodbye Gallbladder, Valentine's & the Zoo

We started off the "day of love" at the hospital.  Matt's surgery went very well and he now weighs 4oz less and is gallbladder free.  He is doing good and on his way to recovery.  Matt and I were able to go to dinner on Wednesday night for our Valentine's.

 

Since we had to be at the hospital at 5:30am, my folks came over and got the kids off to school in their Valentine's outfits.  They had great days and got all sorts of goodies!  It is getting harder and harder to get a good picture of all three of them together, so this is the best we could get.

With Matt home recovering we thougth it would be a good idea to get out of the house yesterday. So me and my folks loaded up the kids and went to the Dallas Zoo. It was a beautiful day and the kids had a great time, especially Carter.
