This weekend the girls were invited to a birthday party for one of the girls in their class. It was at this horse farm and the girls had a great time.
We rode to the party in a red wagon from the parking lot. I captured this cute picture of Brooklyn on the ride in.
We started by feeding the ponies and getting to know them.
Adalyn was a little scared but she warmed up to them. Brooklyn was fascinated by them and had no problem feeding and petting them.
Waiting for our ride.
Brooklyn was very excited and ready to ride. She didn't have any fear and got up on that pony with no problem.
Adalyn was a little timid at first and it took a little convincing but once she was comfortable she had fun. She even rode a second time.
Then we toured the 'old timey' town they had set up. It was pretty cute and the kids had fun just running around.
Finally we ended with root beers and cupcakes. The girls had so much fun but were totally exhausted! It was very hot outside and no doubt summer has officially started.
Carter had his last baseball game on Saturday and he received the game ball. The coaches on this team were amazing and did such a great job with the boys. I hope we can play with them again.
Sunday after church, Matt captured this pic of my girls. Just thought it was cute, so I had to share.
