Start Spreading the News....

So I am WAY behind on updating my blog...we have had a busy few months so this post will be very long getting everything up to speed.

We kicked off May celebrating Mother's Day. I am so honored and proud to be called Mommy by these three crazy monkeys. They are my life.

Then in mid-May, Matt went to New York for work. He was able to go to the Upfronts where he attended events from all of the major networks talking about there shows. Many of the networks hosted parties where they paraded out the celebrities.  He got to meet quite a few famous people.

On Thursday I decided to fly up and meet him and spend the weekend with him in NYC. We had a great time and was able to do some fun stuff.

We enjoyed cheesecake from Juniors....officially my favorite cheesecake ever.

 

Saw Wicked...amazing!!

 

Walked around Times Square

 

 

Visited the SNL 40th Anniversary Exhibition

 

Visited the 911 Memorial Museum

Walked the High Line

 

Drank Frozen Hot Chocolate at Serendipity

Saw Jersey Boys....also amazing!!

 

Walked around Central Park

 

 

But probably the neatest thing of all is we went to the season finale live airing of Saturday Night Live. It was pretty amazing to see how well the show works in such a short amount of time in between sets.  We couldn't take pictures inside or during the show but it was pretty amazing!

It is hard to tell but we are in the very top right. You can barely see Matt's white and black plaid shirt.

In June my boy had his last day of 1st Grade. I can't believe how quickly he is growing up.  I want time to slow down.

 

We also celebrated our amazing Daddy on Father's Day.  This man amazes me everyday with how much he loves his kids and how he will do anything for them.

 

And finally we celebrated America's Birthday with our friends the Dodsons & The Carnes! We swam, ate, and watched fireworks.  It was a great night.
