For several months now we have been noticing that Brooklyn's eyes have been crossing in. So today we took her to the eye doctor and sure enough my lil' Brookie needs glasses. Basically her eyes have trouble focusing and when she tries to focus they cross in. The good news is the condition she has is very common and there is a good chance that she will outgrow it in a few years and may not need glasses permanently. We go back in two months to see how the glasses are working.
She was a great sport and says she is excited about her new glasses. We ordered them today and will pick them up in a few days.
The doctor had to dilate her eyes and he could tell pretty quickly that she needed glasses.
She was pretty excited about picking out her new spectacles.
She picked lavender (above) but they will be the shape of the blue ones (below). Can't wait to post the final pictures.

She seems excited about them & she looks adorable wearing them. And she will look even cuter when the style comes in her color - can't wait to see her sporting her new look! I bet the other girls are going to be jealous & want to wear glasses too :)
