The kids had a day off from school in early October so we took advantage and decided to check out the pumpkin patch at the Dallas Arboretum. I am a little embarrassed to say this was only the second time I have been there in the 15+ years I have lived in Dallas. It was really neat and besides being unseasonably hot, we had a great time. Something we will definitely try to go back to next year. The pumpkin displays were quite impressive.

Isn't it beautiful there in the fall? We go every year. I wonder if we were there the same day....
