January & February

We rang in the New Year with some of our best friends. It was a mad house with all these kiddos but we had fun and I couldn't image doing life without them!

We got the great opportunity to go the Mavs game with the Stricks. It was so much fun and as always we had a great time!

 

My heart broke a little in late January when we took Carter up to the middle school to "meet the instruments".  It was actually pretty neat. He got to try all the different instruments and see which one was the best fit.  He ended up with the saxophone.  He is really excited about band next year but this mama heart can't believe her baby is going to middle school next year. 

February brought the girls favorite day of the year, Daddy Daughter dance. They are always so excited to dress up and spend an evening dancing with their Daddy. I am so glad they can share this special time with him.
